摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the usage of elements of the platinum family in the technology for the improvement in the hydrogen pouring effect for relaxing stress corrosion cracking by allowing the elements of the platinum family to adhere to the surface of an in-reactor structure. SOLUTION: When an ionic solution of the elements of the platinum family or an ionic solution of a compound containing the elements of the platinum family is poured into reactor water in a nuclear reactor, ions of base metallic elements or ions of a compound of base metallic elements which increase or decrease the adhesion speed of the elements of the platinum family are poured. The period for adhesion treatment can be shortened by increasing the adhesion speed of the elements of the platinum family. Moreover, the pour of the elements of the platinum family can be decreased.
