PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent upward stream and vortex occurrence in a requested clean section of a manufacturing device having a high aseptic guaranteeing level. SOLUTION: In an isolator 1 including the manufacturing device having a high aseptic guaranteeing level, a jet port 9 having a HEPA filter is disposed in a ceiling 3 of the isolator. The jet port is disposed in a line shape with a predetermined width in the ceiling, and is disposed just above the requested clean section while facing to the section, and air is supplied from the jet port 9 into the isolator 1 and exhausted from the lower part of the isolator.
