PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler with improved total cooling performance by improving the recycling of the working fluid in a heat pipe, while improving the heat radiating performance by cooling air. SOLUTION: This cooler is provided with a heating element 10, and further has a heat receiving part 110 receiving the heat of the heating element 10, and the heat pipe 120 mounted toward an upper side of the heat receiving part 110. The heat pipe 120 has the flat shape, and is provided with a connecting part 130 to be connected with the heat receiving part 110, and a non-connecting part 140 not connected to the heat receiving part 110.
