PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple illumination lamp for lighting a keyhole and an emergency unlocking device capable of solving such a problem that an operation inserting a master key into the keyhole of a lock and the unlocking operation of the emergency unlocking device for an emergency lock are very difficult to perform in a dark place since the keyhole and the structure of the emergency unlocking device can not be found out because of darkness as well as a dim light, general locks using no electricity have no device to light the keyhole or the emergency unlocking device, even though there are some locks to start a system and, at the same time, to turn on a light for lighting a dial when a lid of operating section of the system is opened among ten key lock systems, etc. operated by using the electricity and the battery and that most of them have no lighting device. SOLUTION: A Lighting button is provided near to the keyhole and the emergency unlocking device, the illumination lamp incorporating a battery and a timer therein is installed, and when the lighting button is pushed down, the light is turned on during the time necessary for operation, and the consumption of the battery is reduced by automatically putting the lights out when the time elapses.
