PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a problem that adhered part of the rubber plate to the steel plate is sometimes peeled off in a track pad widely used for high speed railway wherein the track pad comprises a steel plate brought into contact with an under face face of a rail and a rectangular rubber plate stuck to the under face of the steel plate and which is interposed between the under face of the rail and a tie plate. SOLUTION: The track pad is formed of the steel plate 3 brought into contact with the bottom face of a rail 10 and the rectangular rubber plate 1 stuck to the under face of the steel plate 3. A pair of bends 4, 4 where both ends of the steel plate 3 in the longitudinal direction of the rail are folded down are interposed between the bottom face of the rail 10 and the tie plate 6 and by the bends 4, 4, the both front and rear end faces of the rubber plate 1 are sandwiched.
