PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone-generating system which can always maintain ozone concentration within a fixed range and sufficiently performs the oxidative degradation, deodorization and sterilization of semiconductors, liquid crystals, food, food containers, etc. SOLUTION: The ozone-generating system is composed of an ozone generator 1, an ozone monitor 2 which is disposed in a part of an ozone sending part and detects and displays ozone concentration, an ozone-concentration setting instrument 3, a control circuit 4 which controls the ozone concentration in response to a signal from the ozone-concentration setting instrument and a high-voltage-transmitting circuit 5 which transmits high voltage in response to a signal from the control circuit. When the ozone concentration becomes lower than a predetermined standard, the voltage transmitted from the high voltage transmitting circuit is reduced so that the ozone generator always generates ozone at a concentration within a predetermined range.
