PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer for securely preventing a conveyed article from falling in hanging and conveying the conveyed article at a low cost. SOLUTION: When an inner assembly IA is conveyed, a piston 96 of an air cylinder 90 for a clamp is completely extended. In this state, a left side surface of a stopper 61b and a right side surface of a stopper 71b are respectively vertical planes, and respective stoppers 61b, 71b regulates each of lower part pieces 62, 72 from rotating in a closing direction of respective clamps 60, 70 with respect to respective upper part pieces 61, 71. Thereby, respective lower part pieces 62, 72 are attracted from each other by tensile force of a tension coil spring 84, and each of the clamps 60, 70 is closed so that an entire side surface of each of the stoppers 61b, 71b, abuts on an inner side surface of each of the lower part pieces 62, 72 and each of receiving parts 64, 74 is leveled.
