PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet of drawing, document, or paper from being simultaneously held by both a pair of carrying rollers and a pair of ejecting rollers in a case where the sheet is long, and prevent collapse of drawing folded form, formation of roller slipping marks, breakage, or generation of abnormal slipping sound. SOLUTION: A sensor 310 is disposed close to an upper surface side carrying roller 210 and a lower surface side carrying roller 220 in a carrying roller pair mechanism 200. A sheet carrying state determination part 300 is provided to determine if the sheet 900 is held by the carrying rollers to be carried, or if it has come out of that state. A discharge roller pair mechanism 400 is provided to include a lower surface side ejecting roller 420 at a fixed position provided downstream of a sheet carrying passage, a movable type upper surface side ejecting roller 410 to get closer to/apart from it, and a roller interval control/pressurizing part 430 to make the ejecting rollers apart from each other when result of determination shows that the sheet being carried, and make them closer to each other when it is determined that it has come out of the state.
