PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet showing no troubles in its use. SOLUTION: When an article having a magnetic matter is packaged in a protective sheet 1 having a magnetic metal gauze 7 arranged on one side of a protective material 6, the protective sheet 1 is absorbed on the article to be packaged with a magnetic force of at least either one of the metal gauze 7 and the magnetic matter in the article to be packaged.
