PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To summarize each function, and to miniaturize the entire appliance by consolidating an interlocking device and an ATC device in one device. SOLUTION: An interlocking-ATC consolidated device to perform direction change of a point 5 and light control of a signal 6 according to the interlocking logic, and perform the train control according to the ATC logic has an interlocking-ATC consolidated logical unit 11 comprising an interlocking unit 11-1, an ATC processing unit 11-2, and a common table 11-3. The interlocking unit writes appliance control information prepared according to the interlocking logic in the common table, and transmits it to a site control appliance 14 via an ATC-LAN 12 to perform direction change of a point and light control of a signal. The ATC processing unit reads information written in the common table, prepares an ATC message according to the ATC logic, transmits the ATC message to a track peripheral device 7 via the ATC-LAN 12 through a transmitter-receiver 13, and transmits it to an onboard ATC 8 to control the train.
