PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet ray cutting-off energy-saving sheet to be stuck on a windowpane which can be stuck on the windowpane of a house etc., from the inside and peeled off many times and can be fitted simply to a place at any time as required. SOLUTION: The sheet is a laminate comprising a polyester film and a polycarbonate sheet and has an ultraviolet ray cutting-off layer on the polyester side surface and one of a suction sheet (1) of a soft foamed synthetic resin, a pressure sensitive adhesive double-coated sheet (2), and a suction board (3) of a soft synthetic resin on the polycarbonate sheet side.
