PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control start timings of a plurality of main power sources by resolving problems of a panel display device which conventionally has a display part and a control part separated and is complicated for use. SOLUTION: The display device has a tuner part 20, a switch means 11 common to PDP parts 40, and individual standby power supply means 21 and 41, a sub-control means 22 and 42, and individual control means 25 and 45 are supplied with electric power and controlled in the display device.
