The invention concerns an installation for producing a spunbonded fabric web comprising a diffuser (6) defining for the drawn filaments a passage with diverging cross-section and an conveyor (7) receiving the filaments coming out of the diffuser. The uniformity of the web is enhanced by means of a device separating the filaments from one another by electrostatic process mounted at a higher level higher than the bottom of the passage.
