<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the introduction of unreformed crude fuel into interiors of a CO converter and a CO remover, maintain a hydrogen concentration and a CO concentration in reformed gas at predetermined concentrations, and improve reliability in a fuel cell generator using crude fuel containing higher hydrocarbon such as kerosene and gasoline. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell generator has a fuel cell 10 generating electricity on the basis of the electrochemical reaction of air used as oxidizer gas and fuel gas obtained by reforming the crude fuel containing higher hydrocarbon such as kerosene and gasoline by steam, a reformer 11, the CO converter, the CO remover 13, and a steam generator generating reforming steam. A crude fuel recovery tank 26 condensing/recovering at least one part of the unreformed crude fuel contained in the fuel gas derived from the reformer 11 is provided on a fuel gas line 24a between the reformer 11 and the CO converter 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
