STEREOSCOPIC PICTURE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method capable of displaying a clear stereoscopic image.

SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a plurality of light emitting elements 4 , a support 2 for holding each of the elements 4 in a manner that a distance from a first rotary shaft 101 and a position in the axial direction of the first rotary shaft 101 are different, a driving device 3 for rotating the support 2 around the first rotary shaft 101, and a controller 8 for controlling the light emission of the elements 4. A stereoscopic image is displayed by the controller 8 controlling the light emission of each element 4 in accordance with each position on the rotary orbit around the first rotary shaft 101.
