<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation controller for vehicle which can shorten the time until it indicates the power generation state of a generator for vehicle at normality and can check an excessive current surely at a short circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation controller 1 for vehicle is equipped with a transistor 118 which drives a charge lump 5, according to the alarm signal outputted from an alarm signal generating circuit 104, a resistor 122 which detects the drive current of the charge lamp 5, a reference value switching circuit 106 which limits the current supply action by this transistor 118, a voltage comparator 108, and a transistor 120. The reference value switching circuit 106 outputs in order a plurality of reference values taking account of a rush current flowing to the charge lamp 5, and when the value of the current flowing to the charge lamp 5 gets over these reference values, this current value is limited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
