PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time adjustment device for traveling using a guiding script automatically retrieving situations and information, proposing a new schedule to a user, and automatically resetting a schedule.

SOLUTION: A scheduler 1200 calculates the estimated time of arrival to each location from a present position to a destination from an initial schedule, and sends it a monitor 1210. The monitor 1210 measures a present position and the present time of the user. The expected time of arrival to each location from the present position is calculated by a next location expected time of arrival calculating part 1213. Rules of a behavior rule base 1220 are checked on the basis of the next location expected time of arrival by a rule base checking part 1214. Actions which should be carried out by the user are presented by an action carrying out part 1215. When the user selects an adjustment method, the schedule is modified and it is sent to the scheduler 1200. The scheduler 1200 calculates the estimated time of arrival again, and sends it to the monitor 1210.
