PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve annealing processing for separating a magnetic layer and to uniformalize a quality variation region by annealing the magnetic layer in the direction of the film thickness, in a magnetic wall moving magneto-optical recording medium. SOLUTION: (1) An optical head for annealing is arranged at both plane side (substrate side and magnetic layer side) of a medium, annealing irradiation is performed from the both plane sides of the medium. (2) As the other means, one side plane two degrees annealing (after red annealing, blue annealing) is performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
