PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce a wrong operation by appealing to the visual sense of an operator in operation. SOLUTION: This device comprises an ID information input part 101 for inputting ID information; a liquid crystal touch panel 102; a collation part 113 for determining whether the ID information is valid or not; a display control part 118 for displaying, in the determination of the validity of the ID information, a security release button on the liquid crystal touch panel 102 when the security state of a security section is in a security mode, and displaying a security button when the security state is in a security release mode; and a security state switching part 112 for switching the security state to the security mode in the touch of the security button through the liquid crystal panel 102, and to the security release mode in the touch of the security release button.
