PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the microlens sheet of constitution capable of absorbing external light in a stage before reaching a lens surface thus preventing contrast decline and suppressing external light reflection by providing a translucent colored layer to which a coloring agent is added on an outer surface (observer side) from a lens formation surface. SOLUTION: In the microlens sheet provided with the lens formation surface composed by two-dimensionally arraying unit lenses roughly in a matrix on one surface of a translucent base material, the base material is composed of a translucent colored base material whose entire surface is colored in uniform concentration.
