PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix floor panels to an equipment body to form a balcony with excellent workability at a low cost. SOLUTION: When forming a balcony by using balcony floor panels 1 each having an equipment frame 1a and a reinforcing beam material 1c to be assembled in the equipment frame 1a, the balcony panels 1 are fixed by a following method. An equipment material 1b(1b1) forming the equipment frame 1a is fixed to a lintel 2 from over the balcony floor panels 1 by a construction long bolt 10, and fixed from under the balcony floor panels 1 by a screw nail 11. The reinforcing beam material 1c is fixed to an outside wall panel 3 from under the balcony floor panels 1 by a screw nail 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
