Lever-operated retractable hose and shower rose has union fitting with left or right hand thread and O-ring seal

A cabinet has a top-mounted washbasin with a lever-operated water supply to a retractable hose which terminates in a shower rose. The hose connects to the water supply within the cabinet. The union is effected by a nut (4) with either a right or left-handed thread (5, 6) which is presented to an outlet (2) with a left or right-hand thread (5), and fitted to the hose (30) connection (300). The union further incorporates an O-ring seal (7).
