<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high nozzle efficiency without relying upon a flow rate in an ejector which is a momentum transfer type pump performing fluid transportation by the entrainment action of working fluid jetted at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The throttle opening of a throat part 41a and the throttle opening of an outlet at a divergent part 41b are controlled. Since vertical impact waves are prevented to occur, the flow speed of the fluid at the outlet of a nozzle 41 can be prevented from becoming a subsonic speed resulting in an overexpansion state, the high nozzle efficiency can be maintained without relying upon the flow rate of refrigerant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
