<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of making contact with parents in a short time when a stray child is found in an assembly hall of a museum or a theme park. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: an IC tag; a first mobile phone; a second mobile phone; and a reader / writer connected to the first and second mobile phones and mobile phones.
