PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet for press forming use, giving inconspicuous torn damage to keep the beautiful appearance even if the surface layer of the paper sheet is torn in the press forming. SOLUTION: A formed paper tray is manufactured from a corrugated board sheet by using a corrugated board sheet 2 produced by pasting liners 4 and 5 to both surfaces of a core paper 3 using a dyed paper fiber sheet as the liner 5 for the top surface. Even if the liner 5 is torn at a corner having small curvature radius by the press forming, the torn damage 6 is inconspicuous to keep the beautiful appearance of the article because the paper fiber visible from the torn damage is dyed.
