PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolating mount with a structure not causing defects such as an increase in weight or upsizing, which is capable of preventing the buckling deformation when surface roughening processing is applied to one end surface of an inner cylinder, and to provide a pressing tool for roughening the mount surface. SOLUTION: In the mount, an outer cylinder 2 is connected with the inner cylinder 1 in which one end side is enlarged in diameter by a rubber elastic body 3 intervened between them, and surface roughening processing is applied to one end surface 8 of the inner cylinder 1. The end surface 8 is divided into an inner first zone and an outer second zone in the diameter direction, and the surface roughness of the first zone is made larger than that of the second zone and is set to a target roughness.
