PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as difficulties in winding a coil, a low space factor of the coil, and difficult assembly of a stator to a stator housing because of a direct winding structure of the coil about respective stator teeth in a conventional rotating machine. SOLUTION: When the stator 7 in which the coil 17 is assembled is contained (assembled) to the rear housing 15, a terminal for stator 63 is brought into contact with a terminal for bobbin 62 attached at a bobbin 61. Then the terminal for bobbin 62 is electrically connected with the terminal for stator 63. Assembling a stator core 16 to the rear housing 15 is highly accurately completed. Therefore, the assembling becomes easier, and high assembling reliability is obtained. The coil 17 is also wound around the bobbin 61, and fitted onto the stator teeth 18, therefore, the space factor of the coil 17 is easily improved, thus facilitating winding work of the coil 17.
