PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor-type heater having a scratch-proof surface, not needing the professional technology for construction, being lightened, and easily handled. SOLUTION: This floor-type heater is configurated by a sheet material 2, a hard felt 4 attached to a rear face of the sheet material 2 and having a recessed part on its upper side, and a heater 3 mounted in a space defined by the recessed part of the hard felt 4 and the sheet material 2, and a cord 6 with a socket 7 is connected to the heater 3.
