PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to protect the privacy of a user since an image acquired by a burglar alarm camera in an elevator is distributed to the monitor of each floor or a control room. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a camera for picking up the image of a user from the inside of an elevator car, an image transmitting part for transmitting image information to a display part, an ID receiving part for receiving preliminarily registered ID, a personal identifying part for preliminarily registering a plurality of pieces of personal information and for deciding whether or not the ID received from the ID receiving part is registered as the personal information corresponding to the ID, and a use recording part for storing use history information in the elevator car. When the ID received by the ID receiving part is registered as the figure information corresponding to the ID, the personal identifying part stops the transmission of the picked up image information, and records information indicating that the personal information registered in the personal identifying part is included in the use recording part.
