PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitor control system in which a master station device is connected through a telephone line to a slave station device for surely abandoning data received due to wrong number dialing or the like, and for preventing the output of any erroneous data to a facility being the target of monitor control or a monitor control terminal. SOLUTION: At the time of transferring data between a master station device and a slave station device, transmission data are added with the telephone numbers of its own station and the communicating other station, and transmitted, and the telephone numbers of its own station and the communicating other station of the received data are compared with the telephone numbers of its own station and the communicating other station preliminarily stored in a storage device part at the data receiving side, and only when those telephone numbers are made coincident, the processing of the reception data is carried out.
