PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor array with high productivity and reliability, where dispersion of electrostatic capacity is less, desired electrostatic capacity can be obtained and the occurrence of short circuit defect and a cut defect of inner electrodes is less. SOLUTION: In the laminated ceramic capacitor array, a plurality of capacitor elements (capacitor parts) 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d are disposed in one ceramic element 1. In a plurality of the adjacent inner electrodes 2 (2a and 2b) arranged on the same plane, an area of one inner electrode is formed to be larger than that of the other inner electrode. An area of one inner electrode is formed to be larger than that of the other electrode in the inner electrodes 2a and 2b which are confronted each other through a ceramic layer.
