METHOD FOR PREPARING PHOTOSENSITIVE LAYER COATING SOLUTION AND MONOLAYER ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing photosensitive layer coating solution having a high long term stability even if high sensitivity metal phthalocyanine is applied to the photosensitive layer coating solution, and also to provide a highly sensitive and inexpensive monolayer electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer formed by application of the coating solution. SOLUTION: A dispersion solution A is prepared by dissolving polycarbonate resin in a cyclic ether solvent and then dispersing metal phthalocyanine in the obtained solution. A solution B is prepared by dissolving the polycarbonate resin and a charge transport substance into the cyclic ether solvent. The solutions A and B are mixed to obtain a coating solution containing the polycarbonate resin, metal phthalocyanine and the charge transport substance, which coating solution is then used to form a photosensitive layer.
