PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated optical fiber ribbon which has a superior strength and excellent flexibility, and hardly curls. SOLUTION: The coated optical fiber ribbon comprises an optical fiber core aggregate having a plurality of parallel optical fiber cores arranged in two dimensions and a coating layer of a silicone rubber provided at at least one side of the optical fiber core aggregate; and the hardness of the silicone rubber forming the coating layer is 20 to 90 and the tensile strength is 15 to 80 kgf/cm2.
