PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the ventilation amount of the entire dwelling without increasing the rotating frequency of a ventilating fan 13 even when a bath room communication passage 14 is closed in heating a bath room during the operation in an ordinary ventilation mode, in a bath room heater with a ventilating function comprising a ventilating unit 3 accommodating a ventilating fan 13 in a casing 13 having the bath room communication path 14 communicated to the bath room, and communication passages 15, 16 communicated to other rooms. SOLUTION: Variable dampers 23, 24 are mounted to automatically adjust an opening of each of the communication passages 15, 16 for other rooms, and the opening of the communication passages 15, 16 is increased, when the heating of the bath room is performed during the operation in the ordinary ventilation mode.
