PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and increase the airtightness of a duct with a simple structure in a joining structure between an internal ventilation fan installed in electronic equipment and the duct connected thereto. SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing member 2 formed of a thermoplastic elastomer is formed integrally with the tip of the resin duct 1, and the fan 11 is fitted to the duct 1 through the vibration absorbing member 2. In the integral forming, for example, the PET resin duct 1 is set in the metal mold of an insert molding machine, and polyester elastomer is injection molded in the metal mold. By setting a molding temperature to a proper level, an appropriate fusibility can be assured between the vibration absorbing material 2 and the resin duct 1, and the vibration absorbing member 2 can be rather easily peeled off from the resin duct 1 by hand.
