PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment method for obtaining a metal powder superior in dispersibility with a sharp particle size distribution. SOLUTION: This method is characterized by heat-treating the metal powder while pulverizing it at a temperature of 240-800°C with a jet mill.
