PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant resin composition easy to be formed into a sheet and excellent in heat resistance and fire resistance. SOLUTION: The fire-resistant resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. of a resin component, 10-300 pts. wt. of low-melting point glass, and 15-300 pts. wt. of a thermally expandable inorganic substance, where the total amount of the low-melting point glass and the thermally expandable inorganic substance is 50-600 pts. wt. The fire-resistant resin composition comprises 100 pts. wt. of the resin component, 10-300 pts. wt. of the low-melting point glass, 15-300 pts. wt. of the thermally expandable inorganic substance, and 25-500 pts. wt. of an inorganic filler, where the total amount of the low-melting point glass, the thermally expandable inorganic substance and the inorganic filler is 50-600 pts. wt.
