PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic resin composition having high static electricity-dissipating function, good in antistatic filler dispersibility, and excellent in sustainability, molding processability and appearance after molded. SOLUTION: The antistatic resin composition is obtained by compounding (a) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic resin, unvulcanized rubber and thermoplastic elastomer, (b) an inorganic filler coated with at least one (co)polymer selected from the group consisting of a polyalkylene ether, polyester, polyamine, polysulfide and polyacrylonitrile, (c) a specific metal salt and (d) a specific polyester compound.
