PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective deleterious organic pollutant removal technology and a method which destroy or decompose organic pollutants containing petroleum hydrocarbons, BTEX (benzene, xylene), etc., by cavitation using an ultrasonic wave (sonication) and the like to convert them into environmentally harmless substances. SOLUTION: A device for blowing hydrogen peroxide (H<SB>2</SB>O<SB>2</SB>) and ozone (O<SB>3</SB>) is installed in a high-frequency sound wave treatment device, and in-well sonication treatment and an in-well vapor stripping method by multi-frequency control are used together. Thereby, a plurality of the organic pollutants different in pollution concentration can effectively be removed in situ, and the pollutants can finally be decomposed to carbon dioxide (CO<SB>2</SB>) and water (H<SB>2</SB>O).
