PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tasty soft candy having novel palate feeling, where chocolate or confectionery raw materials containing oil and fat are scattered. SOLUTION: The soft candy is obtained by boiling up soft candy dough containing at least one kind of saccharides as a solid, forming the boiled candy dough into a sheet with a desired thickness, scattering small pieces of chocolate or confectionery materials containing oil and fat on the sheet, and putting another soft candy dough sheet thereon in layers so as to envelope the scattered chocolate or confectionery materials containing oil and fat between the soft candy dough sheets. Through such processes, the small pieces of chocolate or confectionery materials containing oil and fat are scattered in the soft candy with no anxiety about melting to be kneaded in the soft candy dough and being merged into the dough, and therefore, such a novel palate feeling soft candy that the small pieces of chocolate or confectionery materials containing oil and fat being scattered can be easily produced.
