ANTIINFLAMMATORY AND ANALGESIC PREPARATION FOR EXTERNAL USE HAVING EXCELLENT PENETRATION AND DIFFUSION PROPERTIES

An external preparation containing an nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agent which has a high stability, little irritates the skin, is excellent in penetration and diffusion properties in a tissue located deeper than the skin and thus can directly act on a muscle or a joint tissue with inflammation or pain. In this antiinflammatory and analgesic preparation, an arylacetic acid compound is employed as the nonsteroidal agent and a local anesthetic is further added, thereby achieving the above objects.
