<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove discharge product on the surface of a photoreceptive drum by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning blade 54 of a cleaning device 25 is integrally constituted with a blade holder 52, and is made attachable/detachable to/from a cleaning container 51. When the cleaning blade 54 is replaced due to endurance, a renewal part P that a polishing sheet 60 is stuck to the blade holder 52 is used, and the polishing sheet 60 is held by an abutting part between the photoreceptive drum 11 and the cleaning blade 54, and the photoreceptive drum 11 is rotated in the direction of an arrow B. Thus, the surface of the photoreceptive drum 11 is rubbed with the polishing sheet 60, so that the discharge product is polished and removed.
