PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of freely constituting or preparing audio data synchronously with contents to be displayed and distributing the audio data.

SOLUTION: The system performs processing for encoding prepared or edited audio data to a data format which can can be distributed on the Web, processing for inserting a script command for specifying time series data files displayed in accordance with a time base into the audio data in relation with a prescribed time base range on an audio data time line, and processing for storing a display area data file including a display area and a reproduction control area of the time series data files displayed in accordance with the time base in a specified storage place.
