PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic imaging apparatus and an electronic imaging apparatus for microscope which provides a high-quality image with reduced noise or shaggies enhanced due to the counter enhancement while it holds a good resolution feeling. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric driver 5 periodically displaces a CCD 2 for imaging an object to output an image signal for every displaced position. The image signals from the CCD 2 are rearranged to form a composite image. Then the contour enhancing frequency is made variable for the rearranged image according as before and after the displacement of the CCD 2 by the driver 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
