摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a gas turbine vane wall applied with thermal insulation coating having long thermal cycle life by increasing cooling efficiency of the gas turbine vane wall in forming a thermal insulation coating, and thermal spraying device. SOLUTION: A cooling passage is formed inside a moving vane 1 of a gas turbine. The moving vane is installed on a rotary table 2. The air as a cooling medium is run through the cooling passage of the moving vane 1 from the rotary table 2 and, while the gas turbine vane wall 1 is being cooled from the inside, ceramics as a thermal spraying material is sprayed over the surface of the gas turbine vane wall 1 using a thermal spraying gun 3 to form the thermal spraying coating.
