PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reliable traction of a trailer to be towed by ensuring engagement/disengagement of a trailer traction mechanism. SOLUTION: This trailer traction gear can be turned from an operated condition into a resting condition and returned to an original condition. In this case, during shift from the operated condition into the resting condition, an electric attachment plug socket of the trailer is always accompanied and a connection neck portion and the plug socket of the trailer traction gear are covered in the resting condition with a vehicle.
