PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal mechanism capable of rotating a pedal by applying force of a foot efficiently. SOLUTION: This pedal mechanism 10 is provided with a swing link 14 connected with a frame 12 of a bicycle 11 by a pin, a driving link 22 connecting one end 16 side with the swing link 14 by a pin and provided with the pedal 20 on the other end 18 side, and an interlocking link 26 connected with the driving link 22 by a pin and fixed to a pedal shaft 24. That is, the pedal mechanism 10 forms four node chain of one degree of freedom by the swing link 14, the driving link 22, and the interlocking link 26 using the frame 12 as a fixed node.
