PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire use method and a tire assembly body enabling easy assembly work of a pneumatic tire and a wheel and reduction of road noise without causing inconvenience related to tire characteristic. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 2 is fitted into the wheel 1 to form the tire assembly body. Gas for making frequency of cavity resonance below 200 Hz, to say more concretely, gas for satisfying a ratio of a ratio of specific heatγto molecular weight M,γ/ M<0.0118, more preferably, gas of sulfur hexafluoride is filled into a cavity part 3.
