PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent idle suction where substantially no suction force act on an absorber when a gap is present between the absorber and a suction opening. SOLUTION: A second suction part has a substantially tubularly shape and adheres to the suction opening of an absorber chamber. A first suction part surely touch the second suction part gravitationally. Idle suction through the suction opening can be prevented because a suction force acts surely to the first suction part and the second suction part by capillary action. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
