PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body and a packaging material which are excellent in joining strength without reducing the laminated strength between a barrier layer and a sealant layer even when a strongly permeable substance is stored as a content, and can impart sufficiently high sealing strength and impurity sealability when the laminated bodies are heat-sealed to each other, and in addition, can impart heat-resistance. SOLUTION: This laminated body comprises a constitution of at least an outermost layer (a)/ an aluminum foil layer (b) / an anchor coat layer (c) / a sand resin layer (d) / a sealant layer (e). In this case, the aluminum foil layer (b), the anchor coat layer (c) and the sand resin layer (d) respectively are layers as shown below. (1) The aluminum foil layer (b) has a thickness of 9 to 200μm, and a surface treatment is applied on the sealant layer side or on both surfaces.
